Real Estate Content Analysis
Real estate is the subject of analysis for two reasons. First, when studying the effects of mass efforts, it is necessary to study the stimuli provided by the media. This stimulus comes in the form of content.
Second, on the part of media professionals and also media researchers there need to understand the attractiveness of content, namely the strength of the message and its nature. So this needs to be learned. This must be studied further from the viewer's perspective.
The two reasons mentioned above have a practical basis from the point of view of mass communication and they are gradually developing to embrace many related problems as well. Preliminary ‘real estate study’ (which is also known as ‘eiendomsmegler studie’ in the Norwegian language) of content is mainly related to news content.

Now the depiction of various real estate problems using media as propaganda, and minority and caste bias in the media has become the subject of study for content analysis.
Words, sentences, paragraphs, pages can also be a unit of analysis. Likewise, programmers on radio and television can also be a unit of analysis. The unit of analysis depends on the nature of the investigation being carried out.
The next step is to determine the analysis category. For example, when conducting a content analysis study of the news outlines of a newspaper, the categories can be national, the capital city, the state capital, and other metropolitan cities, large cities, district, city, village, capital cities of foreign countries.
